Nutritional Guidance/Meal Plan – $65
The key to weight loss, as per Albert Matheny, R.D., C.S.C.S., is a daily caloric deficit. Essentially, your body needs to eliminate more calories than it intakes. “You can lose weight without exercise, but you cannot lose weight if your nutrition counteracts your energy expenditure through exercise” (Matheny).
This is why, along with structured fitness routines, I offer meal plans developed by certified nutritionists.
- Initial online assessment and questionnaire to determine
- Nutritional goals (ex. weight loss, weight gain, etc.)
- Current fitness level
- Physical characteristics (height, weight, age, etc.)
- With the data above provided, a meal plan custom tailored to your specific needs:
- 7 days of meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
- Specific dietary preferences (balanced, vegan, vegetarian, holistic, etc.) and intolerances (gluten-free, lactose free) available
- Food substitutions option available
- Grocery list to make grocery shopping quick and easy!
- An option for daily food logging data shared with me = ACCOUNTABILITY
- Shared anthropometrics and progress pictures so you can *see* the results
- Re-assessment after 2 weeks to alter meal plan if necessary
