I talked to a few of my friends and one said she would feel so uncomfortable having someone right there watching. I said, i thought i would too but it wasn’t weird at all. It was almost as if you disappeared sometimes during an exercise so i didn’t feel like i was being watched. My goal was to get back into working out and to lose weight.
